the food was very good and beautifully displayed. the rooms have only one plug.

For a more comfortable stay, request a room away from the hotel entrance to limit noise from potential disturbances.

We encountered several issues that affected our experience. First, the air conditioning in our room was unsatisfactory. it felt like it hadn't been updated in decades, making it uncomfortable during the night. there was a persistent unpleasant smell around the pool area, which really detracted from our ability to enjoy the amenities. On top of that, the breakfast options were disappointing, lacking variety and quality.

The pool area was a highlight, perfect for all ages, though the water was quite cold. While the food was decent, it lacked in variety, and the noise from the nearby nightlife was noticeable at times. The room's soundproofing could be improved, especially for those facing the street. the friendly staff and daily cleaning made for a pleasant stay.

staying here was awesome because it’s just a short stroll of less than 5 minutes to Playa de Levante and within walking distance of L'Aiguera Park, making it perfect for my city strolls and park views during my weekend getaway.

the magic hotel has a brilliant location, just steps from the main strip and convenient transport options outside. the rooms were always well-kept and spacious, with friendly staff making our stay enjoyable. the pool area, along...  

On arrival, we were greeted with chocs and a bottle of champagne, which was a lovely surprise! The staff were FANTASTIC, always happy and helpful. Breakfast had a great selection, and the entertainment was fun even in low season....

I appreciated being close to the vibrant nightlife and having easy access to nearby attractions like Playa de Levante, which made for great evening strolls.

This place suits me perfectly with great amenities like wi-fi, a bar/lounge area, outdoor swimming pool, and fitness centre. On my first stay, staff helped me with directions, and they have always been brilliant. I highly recommend it!...
